RETURN POLICY

If any of our merchandise is defective or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for shipping costs.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original lulainlondon.com receipt. Merchandise purchased from other retailers will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Lula in London merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned to other retailers.

Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, we do not exchange merchandise. If you want to exchange your product, please return it and make a new order.

US customers outside the state of Missouri pay no sales tax. Missouri residents pay 4.225% sales tax. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.

BACKORDERS

Because we are a growing company, occasionally items will be out of stock. By providing your email to be notified when an item is back in stock, we will be able to see what items are favorites and stock more of those selections in the future.
